It can be a bit stressful to drive the same public road as a regular car with a top speed of well over 50 kph.
However, there are many situations where the compact body of Emobi is advantageous.No worries! Fasten your seatbelt, obey the traffic rules, and off you go!
4 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1 Follow traffic rules.
2 At the time of an accident, immediately call the police(110), and Emobi staff(080-8261-1259).
3 For the safety of children, height restrictions apply and an adult must ride with the child in the back seat.When riding, accompanied by children under 12, helmets are available.
4 Please dress appropriately and refrain from wearing heels or sandals.Back seats may be cold due to open doors, so we strongly recommend you to wear long pants or skirts.
4 STEPS
①Visit Office
Emobi is located 2-minute walk from the west exit of Kamakura Station! Please ask one of our staff members inside the office.
②Lecture Time
Our staff will give you a detailed lecture on how to drive! You can practice on a small lot before setting out on public roads.
③Off you GO!
Once you are ready, it is time for departure.You can explore any place you like according to your wishes.
④After Use
When return time approaches, please come back to the place where you rented it. Hoping to see you soon again!
- Since electric tuk-tuk have arched roofs, the driver's seat rarely gets wet. There are no windows in the back seats, so you may get wet. No worries! We will lend you a raincoat for free so enjoy the ride!
- The back seats are exposed to wind, so wearing short skirts may feel chilly. We recommend wearing pants or longer skirts.
- During spring (April-May) and autumn (October-March), it can get cool in the evening, so having a jacket is convenient.
- In winter, keeping your feet warm will make your ride more comfortable.
